Matric
At least 5 years’ experience in tele sales in the FCMG industry specifically.
Work under extreme high pressure daily.
Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy and excellent communication skills.

POSITION INFO:
Responsible for :

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Conduct data capturing accurately and efficiently to ensure the integrity of client information.
Adhere to all established protocols, procedures, and legal guidelines when handling sensitive client information.
