Are you a driven, confident, and ambitious young individual looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry? We’re offering an exciting 12 Month Workplace opportunity for Sales Cadets to join a dealership structured training programme and grow into top-performing Vehicle Sales Executives.

POSITION INFO:

Full in-house training in vehicle sales processes

Minimum Requirements:

Academic degree or diploma
Computer literate
Passion for cars and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Previous retail or customer service experience (advantageous)
Code B driver’s licence
Be willing and able to work automotive retail dealership hours.
Not have previously participated in the Youth Employment Services Program (YES)
