Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Sales Consultants in the industrial pump environment: We are seeking a driven, technically minded individual to drive sales primarily in the mining process plants in the Rustenburg area. The successful candidate will be responsible for process pump and mechanical seal sales directly to end users. This is a hands-on role requiring both commercial and technical ability, with opportunities for training both locally and at our overseas suppliers. Candidate must have experience with BRM, PMR or Refinery.

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
• Develop new business opportunities in target industries
• Prepare and manage quotes via CRM system
• Order stock and manage branch inventory
• Oversee deliveries and logistics
• Supervise and support the Branch Assistant
• Monitor projects, parts, and deliveries from start to finish
• Achieve set sales and branch performance targets
• Strong under pressure, service-orientated, and detail-driven
• A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
• Computer literate, organised, and goal-driven
• Honest and reliable, with strong problem-solving skills
• Hands-on with a solid mechanical/technical background
• Able to work independently as a self-starter and quick learner
• Comfortable networking and engaging with clients across diverse industries
