This role is suited to someone who enjoys engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through consultative selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, presenting solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.
A confident, results-driven approach and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present products or services in a professional and consultative manner
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and client requests effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Represent the company professionally in all client engagements

Who Should Apply

Minimum Matric qualification (essential)
At least 3 years’ proven sales experience
Background in financial services or related industries will be advantageous
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate confidently with a diverse client base
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in Afrikaans considered beneficial for day-to-day client interaction
