Technical Service Representative (Chemical Cleaning Industry) Location: Cape Town Driver's Licence Required Permanent Position Join a Market Leader in Chemical Hygiene Solutions Are you passionate about customer service, technical problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships? We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the chemical cleaning or hygiene industry who enjoys working directly with customers, providing technical support, conducting training, and identifying new business opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Technical Support Service, retain, and grow an existing customer portfolio. Conduct regular customer visits and quality audits. Provide product training, dilution guidance, and safe handling instruction. Perform wash audits, titrations, and hygiene swabbing where required. Manage customer stock takes and place replenishment orders. Resolve customer concerns and recommend practical solutions. Sales & Business Development Grow sales within existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities. Introduce new products and value-added solutions. Prepare professional quotations and proposals. Build strong relationships with customers across various industries. Promote the company's products and services to increase market awareness. Administration Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Communicate regularly with customers and management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Industries You Will Support Food Processing Poultry Retail Mining Industrial Manufacturing Janitorial Services Food Safety Cleaning & Disinfection Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence Computer literate 2–4 years' experience in a Technical Service or Chemical Cleaning environment Experience training customers on products and applications is advantageous Knowledge of chemical dosing systems, food processing, and hygiene solutions is highly beneficial Sales or Marketing qualification will be advantageous We're Looking For Someone Who Is Customer-focused and service-driven Confident presenting and training clients Excellent at building long-term relationships Strong communicator and negotiator Organised with excellent administration skills Able to work independently Results-driven and resilient Comfortable working under pressure Passionate about delivering exceptional service Why Join Us?
