Sales Development Representative

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Scytale is a startup on a mission to make SAAS security comp;iance smart, effortless and fun.

As a start-up in our scale up phase we are looking for hungry, driven and ambitious young talent to join our already successfull SDR team.

You will be the first line of comminication with our potential customers sourcing leads internationally. This role will involve sharing our vision, building professional relationships and generating new business through introductions, meeting and demo calls.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new potential clients
• Research compnaies to determine fit
• Reach out to prospects to gauge interest
• Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, nd LinkedIn
• Schedule high quality meetings and product demonstrations
• Develop new opportinities for your pipeline and achieve personal activity goals
• Develop new sales stratergies based on personal success and failures
• Work closely with Account Executives to generate deals

Experience and qualification:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self driven with a great desite to succeed
• Ability to maintain a possitive attidute in the face of rejection or critisism
• Ability to think on your feet
• Excellent attention to detail and well organised
• Good at problem solving
• Great active listening skills
• Good number sense and mathematical ability

• Bachelors degree in business
• Honours an advantage
