Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to customer equipment.
- Act as a product and process specialist, supporting immediate customer needs.
- Lead application development, product design, and new product introductions.
- Manage customer, supplier, and vendor relations.
- Identify new product opportunities and organize transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers.
- Participate in project management and contribute to company committees or initiatives.
- Travel internationally as required.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (Master’s or MBA is advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years working with hydro plant machinery; experience in mechanical or electrical engineering; technical service delivery to customers.
- Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance; expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning; familiarity with on-site machining is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
