REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering or related field
Strong technical and commercial background
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales, preferably in the industrial and OEM sectors (off-road, power transmission, railway, raw materials)
Experience in channel management
Proven record of success within the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
Experience with CRM systems
Effective collaboration in a matrix environment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, and commitment
Strong drive for results
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse customer needs and provide technical solutions
Develop and present proposals to clients
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to achieve sales targets
Analyse customer requirements and design customised solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities
Consult with clients on technical solutions, analyse and develop respective specifications for their realisation
Develop proposals and quotations based on customer specifications
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical requirements
Stay abreast with relevant technologies, establish and maintain a network with (potential) clients, partners, universities, associations and other institutions
