SUMMARY:
Manufacturing company urgently seeking a Sales Engineer with exposure to industrial coding and inspection. Capital equipment sales experience is essential. This individual will be expected to meet or better sales targets, develop efficient and effective relationships with existing and new clients, travel on short notice and long distances as well as provide efficient after sales support.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of a Matric qualification.
Capital equipment sales experience is essential.
Driver’s licence required.
Sales Qualification will be advantageous.
Additional Sales course will be an advantage.
Exposure to Industrial coding and inspection will be an advantage.
Must be willing to travel on short notice and long distances to meet with customers.
Have logical approach to problem solving.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent report writing skills.
Confident and mature in conflict management and problem solving.
Have sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills, analytical and team player.

Responsibilities Include:

Meet or better Sales Targets.
Maintain & develop efficient and effective relationships with all existing and new customers.
Develop all target markets.
Growing the Videojet, Taptone, Sesotec and Purex brands in allocated area and always maintain existing customer base.
Selling of entire product mix and offering to all new customers.
Provide after sales support.
Grow install baes.
