A well-established global leader in the engineering/manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for sales to the mining industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a company with growth opportunities.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new sales opportunities
• Marketing of companies products and services
• Promote company as OEM service provider to clients
• Presentation of company products and services to clients of all levels in different industries
• Negotiate with clients on equipment requirements, prices and commercial conditions
• Continuously communicate with clients to update them on progress
• Seek further opportunities to support the customer and strengthen relationships
• Stay abreast with new developments within the industries serviced
• Communicate internally with various departments to ensure effective communication with the customer
• Extensive travel with in South Africa as well as occasional International travel

Qualifications and experience

• Technical qualification would be advantageous
• Technical sales experience essential
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle essential
• Must be computer literate
