POSITION INFO:

A well-established global leader in the engineering/manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for sales to the mining industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a company with growth opportunities.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience

Responsibilities

Actively seek new sales opportunities
Marketing of companies products and services
Promote company as OEM service provider to clients
Presentation of company products and services to clients of all levels in different industries
Negotiate with clients on equipment requirements, prices and commercial conditions
Continuously communicate with clients to update them on progress
Seek further opportunities to support the customer and strengthen relationships
Stay abreast with new developments within the industries serviced
Communicate internally with various departments to ensure effective communication with the customer
Extensive travel with in South Africa as well as occasional International travel

Qualifications and experience

Technical qualification would be advantageous
Technical sales experience essential
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle essential
Must be computer literate
