POSITION INFO:
A market leader in the HVAC industry is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join their growing South African team. This is an opportunity to represent advanced, energy-efficient air conditioning and climate control solutions while working with consultants, developers, and trade partners. If you’re passionate about technical sales, HVAC design, and building strong client networks, this could be your next step.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in HVAC sales
Hands-on HVAC design experience (essential)
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and related products
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining consultant and developer networks
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Job Experience & Skills Required

Promote HVAC solutions to consultants, developers, and trade partners
Deliver technical sales support and prepare detailed quotations
Expand the customer base while strengthening existing relationships
Contribute to product promotion strategies and market positioning
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service excellence
