Sales Engineer – Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)
Estimated CTC: Competitive basic salary + car allowance & petrol card + medical aid + provident fund

🔧 What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the technical or industrial sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

• A strong background in B2B sales, business development, or marketing in a technical environment

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels

• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercially viable solutions

• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Experience in capital-intensive industries and long-cycle investment projects

• Knowledge or experience in thermal energy systems, steam or hot water systems is advantageous

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
