SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Sales Executive in Cape Town - West!

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with experience in the Construction Materials Industry

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Assist Designers in selecting suitable tiles for specification
Maintaining Pipeline by balancing new business development and managing existing client relationships

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the construction materials industry
Matric (Grade 12)
Qualification in a Business, Marketing, Sales or Design Course / Degree highly advantageous
Existing Portfolio of Architects, Designers and Developers is highly advantageous
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in managing B2B relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Highly intrinsically motivated and pro-active
Ability to co-ordinate and manage conflicting priorities and tasks
Commitment to continuous learning
Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" and provide useful advise (design and technical)
