Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric Certificate Valid driver’s license 3 + years’ experience in new vehicle sales   Main Responsibilities: Actively sell new vehicles to prospective customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate sales records and customer data Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall dealership performance Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process   Key Skills and Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Innovative approach to sales and marketing Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence Well-presented and professional Highly self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Computer literate Strong team player
