SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven and resultsâorientated Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join a leading logistics and freight forwarding organisation in Durban. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12 Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics Strong knowledge of international freight procedures (sea, air, road, customs) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Targetâdriven, selfâmotivated and resultsâorientated Valid driver's licence and own vehicle advantageous Attributes: Strong communication and presentation skills Commercial mindset with business acumen Ability to build and maintain client relationships Resilient, proactive and able to work under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Customer service focused Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities Manage and grow existing client accounts Promote and sell full freight forwarding services (sea, air, road, customs) Prepare and present quotations and solutions Negotiate rates and terms to maximise profitability Liaise with operations and customer service teams for seamless delivery Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity Attend client meetings & networking events
