Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or appointment setting
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across international markets
- Initiate outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with prospects
- Schedule and secure sales appointments aligned with client objectives
- Update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail
- Produce accurate call summaries and progress reports for clients
- Participate in weekly update calls and quarterly performance reviews
- Confidently engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets
About You
- 1-2 years experience in a similar outbound B2B sales role
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and CRM management capabilities
- Confident speaking with C-level executives in global companies
- Motivated, competitive, and target-oriented
