Overview
An experienced Sales Account Manager with very good experience of selling technical security products. Responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers in the security services industry

Job Description
Manage a portfolio of distributor accounts in the Physical Security industry to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients and prospective clients in the industry
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Monthly and quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:
Proven work experience and successfully meeting sales targets as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in the physical security industry
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Clear criminal and credit record
Only SA Citizens
Matric
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Valid and unendorsed drivers licene
