JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known international commercial real estate company requires the above to manage a sales team as well as handle senior customers and drive new business development on a national basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Previous sales experience working within the rental office flex property space game or related industry is preferred for the role.
Previous Sales Management experience is preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills and a networker at heart.
Experience working with Salesforce would be an advantage.
Must be a motivator and a leader capable of guiding team members to their best levels of performance and accuracy in their job.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing and driving a sales team as well as handling senior customers and new business development on a national basis.
Working across all divisions and markets and manage a team to help tenants find their dream office space.
Covering inbound and outbound business opportunities.
Managing a growing sales team, ensuring compliance with the company’s expected performance standards.
Managing enquiries from businesses looking for their next office.
Building and maintaining relationships with tenants, workspace managers, landlords and property owners.
Growing new markets by getting new workspaces, properties and listings onboard.
Ensuring that the team delivers customer service excellence.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
