SUMMARY:
A well-known multinational Manufacturer, with a Global distribution, requires the above to manage and drive the company sales, developing and maintain business relationships with established Clients and prospective new Key Accounts, on a National basis.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role: 

  • A Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related would be advantageous.
  • Previous Sales and Marketing experience at a Regional, National, or related level is essential.
  • Previous experience having sold Refrigerants/Gas, HVAC parts, OEM, automotive spares etc or related products is pref.
  • Previous experience developing new business as well as managing Key Accounts is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Managing and driving a Sales team on a National basis.
  • Establishing Sales Distribution channels in South Africa.
  • Proposing and implementing Marketing, Sales, and related strategies.
  • Creating value proposition for Trade and OEM segments.
  • Driving sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volumes and profit margins for existing and new products.
  • Managing Key OEM and existing Engineering and related customers.
  • Driving market share and growth by obtaining approvals in automotive OEM’s and the Mining and related industries.
  • Managing product pricing strategies based on competitor pricing within the automotive OEM’s and the Mining and related industries.
  • Driving sales volumes in the after-market segments.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Key customers.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
