SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for Sales Manager to assist with achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration through managing the sales team.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

• Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
• Sales and Marketing Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage.

• Minimum 5 Years' sales experience within industrial ceramic linings manufacturing industry, selling to Mining / Eskom. At least 5 years at management level.
• Exposure in a Process Plant would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, aligns performance for success, customer focused, persuasive, quality orientated, builds a successful team and strategic working relationships.

• Ensure sales and marketing strategy and targets are set and managed.
• Existing business is retained at agreed percentage and market share is increased by obtaining new business.
• Departmental sales performance is monitored and managed.
• Improvement areas are identified and strategies implemented for added value opportunities.
• Immediate action is taken on non-compliance issues.
• All expenditures are managed as per company policy.
• Quotations are completed as and when required, sign off on quotes and tenders within limit of authority.
• Marketing events and activities are arranged as per strategy.
