The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to inspire, lead, and drive the sales team to exceed targets within a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing effective strategies, closely monitoring team performance, and cultivating a high-energy, results-oriented culture that consistently achieves exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve and surpass individual and team targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
• Foster a positive, motivating, and results-oriented team culture.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.

• Partner closely with the marketing and product teams to design and execute outbound and retail campaigns for new products, upgrades, product alternatives and driving retention.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Drive outbound and inbound sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Set clear, measurable targets and track progress regularly.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews with the team and individual agents.
• Address underperformance through coaching, training, or corrective action plans.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring that all interaction uphold Rentoza’s service standards

• Leverage sales data and insights to refine strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team to improve sales techniques.

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

• Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams in a call centre environment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.

• Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement actionable plans to drive performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to address challenges effectively and implement timely solutions.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales call centre environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
