This adventure-driven business requires your team participation with B2B sales from prospecting to preparation, approach, presentation and closing of deals.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in B2B sales management with proven team-building track record
• Experience building and scaling sales teams (from 0 or small teams to 8+ people)
• P&L responsibility and revenue accountability in a previous role
• CRM implementation and sales process design experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town

• Reporting directly to the founders of the business
• Building and scaling a high-performing sales team
• Ownership of revenue target
• Building systems and processes to scale
• Lead a team from the front, actively involved in day-to-day sales with team
