POSITION INFO:
Our client, A leading Insurance service provider is seeking to appoint a SALES MANAGER based at their Ladysmith, KZN Branch
The purpose of this role is to recruit, maintain, develop sales representative and set targets within Cornerstone Regions
Some key responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement Sales plan at Regional level
- Manage Sales staff performance
- Expense Budget
- Develop and Sustain Customer & Stakeholder relations
- Communication Management
- Manage Regional Office, Administration and Client Services
Key requirements:
Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives
Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals
60 – 120 credits recognised by the FSCA
1-year management and oversight experience in categories A (Assistant Business)
2 years Insurance industry
