Sales Manager - Ladysmith KZN - (RE5, RE1 and DOFA required)

POSITION INFO:

Our client, A leading Insurance service provider is seeking to appoint a SALES MANAGER based at their Ladysmith, KZN Branch

The purpose of this role is to recruit, maintain, develop sales representative and set targets within Cornerstone Regions

Some key responsibilities include:

Plan and implement Sales plan at Regional level
Manage Sales staff performance
Expense Budget
Develop and Sustain Customer & Stakeholder relations
Communication Management
Manage Regional Office, Administration and Client Services

Key requirements:

Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives

Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals

60 – 120 credits recognised by the FSCA

1-year management and oversight experience in categories A (Assistant Business)

2 years Insurance industry
