Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Do you have sales experience in industrial automation? join a market leader in the industry, where you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for products and solutions in process industries.

POSITION INFO:

Must be able to achieve sales targets

Managing sales portfolios

Responsible for creating, planning and implementing sales strategies and business development initiatives

Ensuring sales operations are executed with high degree of integrity

Ability to evaluate and manage risks and opportunities during bidding process

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Acquiring and retaining new customers

Ability to build a high-performance sales team that delivers targets consistently  

Creating effective marketing communications and ensuring sales costs are within budget

Skills & Experience:  

Must have Industrial exposure on sectors such as metals, mining or paper

Must have proven leadership skills, strategic mindset, financial acumen

Must have a record of leading high performing sales team

You should have strong analytical and negotiating skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualification:

BSc / BEng / BTech / Electrical Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
