Sales Manager – Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a confident and focused individual to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Developing a market in order to drive sales
Managing a small team of sales reps, but equally being responsible for your own targets
Building a sales strategy to increase profits
Training and motivating the team to deliver
Meeting with a widespread customer base
Attending management meetings to discuss performance

Requirements:

Minimum 5-years’ experience in a senior sales / area management role
Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
Confident and customer focused
Proven track record
Forward thinking with excellent planning ability
Must be willing to sell as well as manage
