SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director Mining, the Manager Sales plans, manages and controls all sales related activities within the Mining Division by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinates. Formulates, strategizes and oversees all sales related activities nationally as well as cross-border in the allocated export markets in order to grow divisional sales, build customer brand loyalty and maintain/increase market shares. Drive operational excellence, accountability, corporate performance and profitability.

POSITION INFO:
Leading OEM who supplies capital equipment to the mining industry requires a Technical Qualification (Qualified Artisan / Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree) and mining industry sales experience (open cast mining and capital equipment). At least 10 years relevant experience is essential. You will controls all sales-related activities within the mining division, formulate, strategize and oversee all sales-related activities nationally as well as cross-border in the allocated export markets, to grow divisional sales, build customer brand loyalty and maintain / increase market share.
