POSITION INFO:
POSITION  :    SALES MANAGER
AREA          :    DURBAN, KWA-ZULU NATAL
SALARY      :    MARKET RELATED

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To manage a team of OA & Telco sales consultants and to lead by example in terms of sales. The successful applicant will be responsible to drive the Sales growth for the division.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Completed Matric
• Minimum 5 years’ external sales experience in either Printers/PBX and VoIP/Security B2B
• Extensive in person/direct sales experience is a must. 
• PLUS At least 3 years in a leadership/management capacity/Senior Key Accounts looking for next step in their career
• Proven experience leading a sales team, with measurable results
• A Sales Manager that is able to lead from the front in sales and ethics, manage, motivate and mentor, etc.
• Engaging and energetic personality
• High level of confidentiality in handling all information
• Willingness to travel
• License + own vehicle
