A leading company with a National footprint is growing rapidly for 2022! We have a position for a Sales Manager who has experience in the Office Automation and Telecoms industry! Looking for a fresh start for 2022 then look no further!!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION : SALES MANAGER
AREA : DURBAN, KWA-ZULU NATAL
SALARY : MARKET RELATED

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To manage a team of OA & Telco sales consultants and to lead by example in terms of sales. The successful applicant will be responsible to drive the Sales growth for the division.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Completed Matric
Minimum 5 years’ external sales experience in either Printers/PBX and VoIP/Security B2B
Extensive in person/direct sales experience is a must.
PLUS At least 3 years in a leadership/management capacity/Senior Key Accounts looking for next step in their career
Proven experience leading a sales team, with measurable results
A Sales Manager that is able to lead from the front in sales and ethics, manage, motivate and mentor, etc.
Engaging and energetic personality
High level of confidentiality in handling all information
Willingness to travel
License + own vehicle
