SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to be based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Ideal candidates will bring new and innovative approaches as well as the knowledge and experience around driving your sales team to achieve targets, whilst providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for a small team of both Client Relationship Managers and Customer Engagement officers, which you will grow to a larger team over time.
If you are an adaptable, outcomes-driven, innovative, highly motivated, team player that is not afraid to get your hands dirty and enjoys working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, then this is the opportunity for you!
Minimum Requirements

At least 7 years experience in a similar role within financial services/insurance companies
Previous experience managing staff is essential
Previous experience within Trade Finance and invoice discounting is highly advantageous
