Our client is well known for supplying a range of Business Solutions to companies through out SA - ranging from small entities to large blue chip organisations.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to lead the "Connectivity" arm of their business in KZN. This Sales Manager will have a proven track record of winning sales in the VOIP, Fiber Solutions, Fixed Wireless Solutions etc market.

Extensive in person/direct sales experience is a must. Will be responsible for driving the sales growth for the connectivity division.

This is a senior level position and only candidates that meet the criteria required will be considered.

Minimum 5 yearsâ€™ experience in connectivity sales, with 3 years in a leadership/management capacity
Engaging and energetic personality
Proven experience leading a sales team, with measurable results
Excellent listening skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Our client doesnâ€™t believe in sales managers/directors who sit behind their desks, so any candidates hired must be able to lead from the front in sales and ethics, manage, motivate and mentor, etc.
High level of confidentiality in handling all information
Willingness to travel
