I’m on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers in the Gauteng region. This role isn’t just about managing – it’s about empowering, motivating, and being on the front lines with your team.

POSITION INFO:

Lead and mentor a team of passionate sales pros – drive performance, coach talent, and celebrate big wins
Own and grow a profitable book of business with full accountability
Leverage your expertise in IT hardware leasing, asset finance, and deal structuring to model and close complex opportunities
Collaborate closely with exec leadership to shape regional strategy and exceed revenue targets
Be the go-to leader who inspires excellence and builds a culture of trust and hustle

Skills & Experience:
Proven success in asset leasing/financing, ideally in IT hardware
A track record of personal billings and team profitability
Strong leadership chops – you lead from the front, not behind a desk
Experience managing sales teams in a target-driven, high-energy environment
Sharp commercial acumen and financial modelling know-how

Qualification:
Degree in business or similar
MBA highly advantageous
