SUMMARY:
An established and proudly South African insurance company that is active in the Life, Funeral and Savings market is seeking to appoint a Sales Manager to plan and implement sales plans and targets at a regional level (Newcastle).

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

Recruit, maintain, develop sales representative and set targets within the Cornerstone Region.
Plan and Implement Sales plan
Monitor expenses against budget
Develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve queries.
Manage Regional Office, Administration & Client Services

Essential requirements:

1 year management experience (6 months in insurance)
Minimum of 6 months experience in advice and intermediary in category A
Matric
Relevant qualification (recognized by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority)
RE5 and RE1 advantageous
120 FAIS credits (NQF level 5)/ 60 FAIS credits (NQF level 2)

This role is based in Newcastle and will suit an Insurance professional who is good at managing sales reps and targets.
