Sales Manager (must have Fleet or FML experience)

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

To develop a sales plan aligned to the strategic alliance sales strategy
To ensure that sales targets are achieved.
To continuously search for new business opportunities.
To obtain market intelligence as well as competitor intelligence and share with the sales team.
To compile and distribute sales reports.
To manage and motivate the sales teams to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
To coach and mentor the sales consultants and account managers.
To ensure that sales targets are achieved.
To continuously search for new business opportunities.
To obtain market intelligence as well as competitor intelligence and share with the sales team.
To compile and distribute sales reports.
To be in regular and close contact with the Training Department in terms of identified training needs of staff.
To accompany sales consultants and account managers to client meetings.
To council and discipline sales consultants and account managers failing to meet sales targets.
To compile and submit documentation for identified tenders.

Requirements

Grade 12/Matric - a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
2 years of the 5 years must be Management experience
Sales and Management experience
MS Office Suite - Advanced
CRM - Intermediate
Fleet, Automotive or FML experience
Valid Drivers'' License - regular business travel
