Sales Manager (must have Fleet or FML experience)

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• To develop a sales plan aligned to the strategic alliance sales strategy
• To ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• To continuously search for new business opportunities.
• To obtain market intelligence as well as competitor intelligence and share with the sales team.
• To compile and distribute sales reports.
• To manage and motivate the sales teams to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• To coach and mentor the sales consultants and account managers.
• To ensure that sales targets are achieved.
• To continuously search for new business opportunities.
• To obtain market intelligence as well as competitor intelligence and share with the sales team.
• To compile and distribute sales reports.
• To be in regular and close contact with the Training Department in terms of identified training needs of staff.  
• To accompany sales consultants and account managers to client meetings.
• To council and discipline sales consultants and account managers failing to meet sales targets.
• To compile and submit documentation for identified tenders.

• Grade 12/Matric - a tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• 2 years of the 5 years must be Management experience
• Sales and Management experience
• MS Office Suite - Advanced
• CRM - Intermediate
• Fleet, Automotive or FML experience
•  Valid Drivers'' License - regular business travel
