Our property client based in Paarl is looking for a Sales Manager/Team Leader to join their dynamic team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Candidate needs to be a Full Status Estate Agent
NQF and PDE4 Required
Duties will include Recruitment of New Agents, Training New Agents, and Ensuring Targets are Reached
Deal Doctor - Assisting Agents with the Drafting of Contracts and Negotiations with Sales
The area to be worked is mainly Paarl/Wellington, however, the company has branches in Worcester, Ceres, Malmesbury, Vredenburg, and St Helena Bay
The candidate will be required to visit branches once a month
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Personality Traits - Extroverted Sales Person
