POSITION INFO:

A bold and people-focused insurance disruptor in Bryanston is on the hunt for a Sales Performance Manager to steer both motor and non-motor new business teams to success. Leading two supervisors and a 20-strong sales force, this role blends strategic oversight with daily, hands-on coaching. You''ll be expected to lift performance, inspire accountability, and drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A relevant degree is essential, along with strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for data-led improvements.
