Sales Rep - Fin-tech

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent N 3
• Minimum 3-4 years sales experience Business to Business Sales;
• Proven track record in cold calling (outbound) sales as well as latest methods such as VC / Teams or tele-sales
• Experience with software or high-tech business applications advantageous
• Selling software into an engineering / manufacturing industry (plastics; steel, piping, cabling and moulding etc.) will be an advantage
• “Hunter” sales orientation with ability to build a portfolio of business
• Experience prospecting to small and medium businesses via cold calling and networking.
• The sales consultant will be given prospects within a given territory and need to generate sales leads from a variety of resources, including, but not limited to personal production and networking.
• Expertise with solutions selling, and value-based selling
• Valid driver's license
• MS Office Computer Literacy; Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred.
• Ability to impart product information / training to end-users at various levels (Advantageous)
• Hardware and Software experience (Advantageous)
• Remuneration will include a Basic, Comm, Co vehicle, fuel and communication devices
