We are looking for a young, vibrant, and motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Junior Sales Representative in the pest control services industry. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in a service-focused sales role.

What’s Included:

Basic salary + commission and incentives
Business-use fuel covered
Airtime and data package provided (candidate must have own phone & laptop)
Full training provided – no pest control experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct site visits and offer tailored pest control solutions
Present services, provide quotes, and close deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Experience selling services preferred
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Excellent communication and time management skills
Able to work independently and handle rejection
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
