SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in capital equipment sales within the mining or construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and capable of building strong client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of capital equipment to clients in the mining and construction industries.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in capital equipment sales (mining or construction).
Strong technical understanding of equipment applications and industry needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
