SUMMARY:
Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the transport and logistics industry? Our client, a leading global provider of transport and logistics solutions, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities in the distribution and logistics market.
Develop and manage a qualified new business pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term sustainable partnerships.
Prepare and deliver tenders, proposals and presentations.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop cross-silo solutions and ensure smooth implementation of new accounts.
Maintain accurate client information and sales data within the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports to management and meet defined activity KPIs.

Requirements:

Matric.
1–2 years new business sales experience within the transport and logistics industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets.
Experience in tender management and solution selling.
Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in the MS Office Suite (intermediate level).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
A basic understanding of supply chain processes will be advantageous.
