SUMMARY:

We're Hiring: Sales Representative (Gauteng)

POSITION INFO:

A laboratory equipment, hardware, and consumable supplier is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Gauteng . As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The position reports to the Business Development Manager (BDM) Duties include but not limited to:

Engage with new and existing customers across education, pathology, industry, and research sectors. Actively find new customers as part of your KPI.
Promote company product portfolio, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Support regional marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
Escalate complex customer issues to the BDM and contribute to resolution strategies.
Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions led by the BDM.
Ensure all sales activities comply with ISO 9001 documentation and traceability standards.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science or related. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in sales in the scientific industry. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
