Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of customer organisations Manage prospecting, cold calling, and daily call targets by customer category Keep CRM\/sales platform updated with client information Introduce new products to existing customers Grow market share on existing product ranges through increased penetration Grow and protect market share; achieve company sales targets Identify and onboard new business Run accessories focus sessions monthly Participate in dealer\/customer marketing initiatives quarterly Document and communicate business opportunities Capture new customers and visit data into CRM Report on sales\/marketing activity, including competitor intelligence Manage company-owned point-of-sale materials at dealerships
