We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic sales team in the Free State. Where You'll Make an Impact: Analyse QlikView reports weekly to inform sales strategies. Prepare and submit detailed customer analysis and revenue reports monthly. Plan and execute customer visits based on categorization and potential. Conduct regular visits to nurture existing accounts and develop new prospects. Maintain comprehensive customer contact lists and profiles. Develop and retain a loyal customer base through tailored service. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase products and services. Achieve and exceed set turnover, budget, and gross profit targets. Provide professional after-sales support and respond to customer inquiries. Gather and verify all customer information prior to visits. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Introduce new offerings aligned with market demand. Conduct courtesy calls for feedback and monitor after-sales service. Seek opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase sales. Maintain accurate records in Honeybee, including customer interactions and orders. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and contract management. Track and report on new and lost business on a monthly basis. Duties: Analyse reports and prepare customer and revenue analysis. Schedule and conduct customer visits. Develop and maintain customer contact and profile data. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations. Work within financial targets. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up. Update and maintain records accurately. Liaise with support teams for quotations and contractual matters. Follow up on orders and resolve outstanding issues. Administer expenses and prepare sales reports. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years sales experience. Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport. Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. Strong communication and planning abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
