About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, site visits, referrals, and lead-generation activities across multiple industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution development through proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closure, and handover to operations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and providing market intelligence to support business growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 3–6 years' B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in cleaning services, hygiene solutions, facilities management, food safety, industrial services, or a related sector advantageous.
• Exposure to food-sector clients and knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, or FSSC 22000 advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen, CRM management, forecasting, and proposal-writing skills.
