  Our client is in search of a Sales Representative for their branch in Midrand

  The successful candidate must have the capability to assist the company to substantially grow our market share with the ABB brand of UPS both in the commercial and industrial area

   

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales
  • Training in the field of UPS (Certificate/diploma/degree)
    
    

   

  Skills and Experience:
  • Must be a ''hunter'' and be strong in business development
  • Minimum of 5 yearsâ?? experience in selling UPS
  • 5 yearsâ?? experience in leading a team
  • 2 years Project experience
  • 5 years in Microsoft office
  • 5 years relevant industry experience
  • Managing product/service pricing and margins
  • Assist in maintaining the company CRM system database
  • Assist with tender response and compliance
  • Managing accounts and meeting or exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services, sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
  • Validating, responding to and managing incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
  • Working with and expanding current potential client database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads exceed sales targets for the business
  • Adhering to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents
  • Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding sales activities
  • Developing effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further sales and business development opportunities
  • Applying standard operating procedures in preparing bids, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process form opportunity identification to customer sign off
