Minimum requirements:

Matric
Previous sales experience would be a huge advantage
Excellent listening skills and ability to think fast and come up with solutions
Must be comfortable speaking to people face to face and telephonically
Hard working and go-getting type of person
Well-groomed
Driver’s license and own car
Excellent communication skills
Ideal person would want to build a long-term career in sales and wants to grow within a firm
Must have integrity

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Phoning potential clients from leads that have been generated
Doing face-face client visits and building long-lasting relationships with current new clients
Making sure clients’ needs are met and that they are always happy
Doing quotes, follow-ups, and invoicing
Handling complaints and turning them into a positive
Closing deals
Full function sales duties
