Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and travel sector
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
• Develop tailored sales strategies to attract new markets and strengthen existing partnerships
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and networking engagements to promote the property
• Collaborate closely with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury lifestyle industry (essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A professional, presentable, and confident demeanor
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
• Knowledge of the Cape Town hospitality market advantageous
• Must be based in or near Hout Bay and have reliable transport
