SUMMARY:
A well-established international manufacturer and supplier of heavy equipment and construction machinery is expanding operations in Mozambique. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the local market and support our customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

Contract: 12 months

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell heavy machinery and related equipment to clients across Mozambique.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in line with targets.
Provide after-sales support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction equipment, mining, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of the Mozambican market and regional business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Mozambique.
