Sales Representative - Retail

POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for a hands-on sales rep who knows the retail construction space. You’ll work directly with merchants, grow revenue, and train staff on product ranges—all while keeping shelves stocked, contractors engaged, and CRM data updated.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Matric with English & Maths
• Valid driver’s license
• Based in-region and willing to travel
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Clear criminal & credit record

What You’ll Need

• Experience in building materials or construction supply
• Strong sales and relationship skills
• Solid product knowledge and confidence in training others
• CRM updates, basic admin, and stock merchandising know-how
• Able to hit daily call targets and build long-term retail partnerships
