POSITION INFO:
We are urgently seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join a leading technology solutions provider in the Broadcast, Telecoms, and Electronics sectors. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role providing both pre- and post-sales support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering
- 1–2 years’ experience in electronics or telecommunications
- Familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment
- Knowledge of RF, microwave, or optical measurement techniques is advantageous
- Strong technical aptitude, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and keen to grow in a high-tech sales environment
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution design and accurate quotations
- Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer success
- Develop and provide technical training to end-users
- Support trade shows, seminars, and events
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both customers and internal teams
- Continuously up-skill and stay ahead of industry trends
Additional Requirements:- Willingness to work after hours when required
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and reliable vehicle
- Available for regional and international travel
