SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for a diligent and reliable Sales Support Representative to join a busy team in the Bruma / Bedfordview area.

R10 000 pm CTC + incentives | Full-time office based | Bruma / Bedfordview

POSITION INFO:
The Candidate:

Managing over 100 emails per day
Be able to handle a very busy inbox and phone
Well-spoken (English & Afrikaans),
Excellent telephone etiquette and able to work on their own
Excellent communication skills
Excellent people skills
Attention to detail
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent computer skills
Quick learner
Critical thinker
Problem solver
Experience in Sales/Sales Support/Admin
Diligent and ambitious.
Reliable and punctual
Ability to Multitask

Responsibilities:

Inbound leads (calls and emails) are distributed according to the diagram, within 30 min
Assist with sales of products via email, telephone or walk-in customers
Assisting with customer quotes, invoices and emails correspondence
Keeping Hubspot up to date with all customer correspondence / Quote management / deal stage/channel management
Manning the sales email box (emails answered within an hour), answering of all incoming emails & sales phone calls
Phoning up new leads to do a needs analysis with them
Assisting walk in customers with product demo's
Assisting with follow-up calls
