SUMMARY:
A well-established automotive dealership in Polokwane is looking for a highly driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Team Leader to oversee and grow its front-line sales division. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong leadership ability and a proven track record in new vehicle retail.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team
Drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets
Oversee daily operations, showroom standards, and customer engagement
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Support the team with deal structuring, customer negotiations, and closing
Ensure excellent customer service and high CSI ratings
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Work closely with management on reporting, planning, and forecasting

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in new vehicle sales
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Professional, customer-centric approach
Valid driver’s license
